Not sure what to get? I can tell you what to look for, based on how you use a computer. I don’t sell computers, so there’s no sales pitch. Often a simple laptop or an iPad is all you need.

What happens to my old computer?

Once everything is moved and checked, I can show you how to wipe it so your personal information is gone before you recycle, donate or sell it.

Questions

How long does a new computer setup take?

Most setups take one to two hours, depending on how much needs moving from the old computer. I'll give you an idea of the time and price before we start.

Will I lose my files from my old computer?

Not if we move them first. I check that everything is on the new computer before we clear the old one.

Do you set up Macs too?

Yes. I set up both Windows computers and Macs.
